This challenge is designed to give you the support and structure you need to achieve the results you've always wanted but could never quite get in just 12 weeks!  The Body Smart 12 week challenge is about helping you to achieve your personal goals of optimum health and well-being whatever they may be. It's more than just the number on the scales. It is a lifestyle change!

The Body Smart 12 Week Challenge is designed to change the way you look, think and feel about your body. It focuses heavily on creating a routine that promotes individual success and personal development.

What's included:

  • Initial Assessment and goal setting session
  • Postural and Musculoskeletal Assessment for injury prevention
  • Goal setting and progress tracking booklets
  • Ongoing health education, motivation and support
  • Sample meal cook book, recipes and nutritional advice from dietitian
  • Initial Assessment and goal setting session
  • 3x weekly 1 hour small group personal training session using high intensity training, cardio, circuit training, speed & agility
  • Saturday morning boot camp
  • If suffering from musculoskeletal pain or injury hands on treatment and rehabilitation from Clinical Physiologist
  • Gym membership
  • Before and after photos
  • Health Coaching and Motivational workshops
  • Monthly weigh-ins and measurements
