Am I eligible?
If you are a DVA card holder, the Department of Veteran Affairs Gold card, Totally & Permanently Incapacitated Gold TPI card or a white cards are accepted as payment upon a GP referral or prior approval. To find out more about the payment for our services, see more information provided by DVA.Â
